Olive Oil Morgan

Extra-virgin olive oil is proved to have the most wholesome, beneficial and protective effects on our organism amongst all widely used fats. The year, geographic origin, sort, age, aroma, fullness and preciousness are significant for defining olive oil. "Morgan" olive oil consists of Istrska belica, leccina and some other sorts. The produced oil is filtered and preserved under pressure with nitrogen to prevent oxidation and consequently, it preserves all its characteristic properties. Oil's taste is medium intense, fresh and fruity. The bitter and spicy flavor is accentuated and nicely arranged, united by the taste of sweet almond. The fruity aroma is typical, reminiscent of olive fruit, apple and fresh grass. Because of the low-acid level, the oil preserves long term stability, achieving the prescribed organoleptic standards. Gradually, the oil becomes of a golden yellow color, clear and more harmonious. Our oil obtained the label of protected geographical indication (PGI) and organic certification Bureau Veritas Certification.
